At Restaurang Gillet, all food is made from scratch with care and awareness. Swedish ingredients are at the center, and by choosing locally produced, small-scale, and seasonal products whenever possible, we create dishes with authentic flavors and high quality. 

 

Bostjan leads the kitchen at Hotel Gillet with a passion for authentic flavors and genuine craftsmanship. With extensive experience from restaurants both in and outside of Sweden, he has developed a unique sense for combining tradition and innovation. Focusing on Swedish ingredients, Bostjan creates dishes that unite sustainability, quality, and a love for cooking. His philosophy is clear – to highlight the best from Sweden's agriculture and transform it into memorable taste experiences for every guest.

 

After many years of experience in both service and production, Christer is now the sommelier at Restaurang Gillet. His knowledge is based on wine and dining craftsmanship as well as the production of beer and spirits, but with great curiosity, Christer also has a knack for creating cocktails and obscure brews. With his warm personality and genuine interest, he guides our guests through the wine list and finds the right drink to create harmonious flavor combinations.

With us, it's all about enjoying together, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant is open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
